Exclusion of liability (disclaimer)

Liability for contents

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general regulations as per § 7 paragraph 1 TMG. Under §§ 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Statutory obligations to remove or block the use of information remain unaffected, but liability in this respect applies only from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of any such infringement, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites whose content we have no control over. We therefore cannot assume any liability for such content. Responsibility for the content of linked-to sites remains that of the provider or operator of the site concerned. The linked-to pages were checked for infringement at the time of linking and no illegal content was identified. However, unless we have evidence of infringement, repeated checking of the content in question is not possible. If we become aware of any infringement, we will remove the relevant links immediately.

Copyright

The content and works on these pages as created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. Their duplication, processing, distribution or utilisation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the relevant author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are permitted solely for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as content on this site has not been created by the operator, the copyright of third parties is observed. Third-party content is identified as such, but should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us. If we become aware of any infringement, we will remove the content concerned immediately.

Privacy policy

Our website can be used without the user having to provide personal data. Where personal data (e.g. name, address, email address etc.) is collected on our website, this is wherever possible done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without the user’s express consent.

Data transmission over the Internet (e.g. via email) can never be completely secure. Access by third parties is always possible.

The contact data published as part of this company information must not be used by third parties for the purpose of sending advertising or other material not expressly requested by us. The operators of this website reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising, e.g. via spam email.

Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

When you visit our website for the first time, you as the user will be informed about the use of cookies for analysis purposes. You will be asked to give your consent to the processing of the personal data used in this context.

IP anonymization

We have activated the IP anonymization feature on this website. Your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services regarding website activity and Internet usage for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with any other data held by Google.

Browser plugin

You can prevent these cookies being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, we wish to point out that doing so may mean you will not be able to enjoy the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the data generated by cookies about your use of the website (incl. your IP address) from being passed to Google, and the processing of these data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Objecting to the collection of data

You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this site:Disable Google Analytics. For more information about how Google Analytics handles user data, see Google’s privacy policy: support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.

Outsourced data processing

We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including your contact data, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and any follow-up enquiries. We will not pass on this data to third parties without your consent. The processing of data from the contact form is thus based solely on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data entered by you on the contact form will be held by us until you ask us to delete it or revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for which it was stored ceases to apply (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

Access data

The website operator or provider collects data about access to the site and saves it in the form of server log files. The following data is logged:

  • Website accessed
  • Time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you accessed the site
  • Browser
  • Operating system
  • IP address

The data collected is used solely for statistical analysis and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to subsequently check the server log files if it has reason to suspect illegal use.

Handling of contact data

If you contact the website operator using the channels available, your details will be stored so that they can be used to respond to your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Integration of third party services and content

Our website may include content and services from other providers (e.g. maps provided by Google Maps, videos from YouTube and graphics and images from other websites). In order that this data can be accessed and displayed in your browser, the transmission of your IP address is required. The providers (hereinafter “Third Party Providers”) will in this way be made aware of your IP address.

Even though we make every effort to use only Third Party Providers who need IP addresses only to deliver content, we have no influence on whether or not your IP address will be stored by them. Such storage serves statistical and other purposes. If we become aware that your IP address has been stored in this way, we will inform you.

Google Ads

This website uses the online advertising programme known as Google Ads, which includes conversion-tracking. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adss places a cookie on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to the page in question. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of Adss customers.

The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to provide conversion statistics for Ads customers who use conversion tracking. Customers will know the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag, but will not receive information that personally identifies users. To opt out of the tracking process, you can disable the Google conversion tracking cookie from your web browser under User Preferences. You will then not be included in conversion tracking statistics. You can learn more about this by reviewing Google’s privacy policy at http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Data economy

In accordance with the principles of data avoidance and data economy, we store personal data only as long as it is necessary or required by law (legal storage period). If the purpose of the collected information ceases to apply or the storage period ends, we block or delete the data.

User rights: notification, correction and deletion

As a user, you are entitled free of charge to information regarding the personal data held about you. Provided that your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data blocked or deleted.
